The Problem

Service Inspired Restaurants was opening a new restaurant in a new location, but the landlord did not have past drawings of the unit. As such, Barrett Architect Inc. needed the existing unit measured to analyze and design the new layout and apply for building permits.

The Solution

We deployed our mobile scanner to create a point cloud of the space to recreate the plans in CAD files. We were able to locate all the major utility items, ceiling heights, floor layouts, 27 interior elevations, and two exterior elevations.

The Outcome

We delivered a complete as-built package for the new future restaurant layout. The client was able to use these plans to visualize the layout and apply for building permits created by Barrett Architect Inc.
