A new property was purchased and before the clients could make changes, they had to submit the data required by the city to receive a building a permit.
AMDEV Property needed to verify the existing square footage of the building. Archaus Architects needed to know the current state of the building to see what was possible from a design perspective. Performing the job in house would take weeks so they decided to outsource and contact UNIQ Dimensions.
After understanding the needs of both clients, we recommended Architectural as Built Drawings and Building Area Analysis. This allowed us to provide data on the current conditions of the building at the time of measuring and verify the total square footage of the property.
The clients completed their building permit package faster than expected. They had access to accurate square footage and as built drawings that facilitated the design process. By providing this service, our clients were able to tackle other projects, increase productivity and reduce cost.
