The Problem

The client did not have accurate floor plans of the individual units in the building. She needed the data to advertise and lease the units to potential tenants that were interested in the space.

The Solution

After understanding the needs of the client, we recommended a Building Area Analysis to provide accurate floor plans for each unit.

We were onsite within 72 hours to do the measuring and successfully delivered the results within one week of contacting us.

The Outcome

The client received accurate floor plans of all the units in PDF. They were able to use the data to confidently promote the units to future tenants without the risk of providing inaccurate square footage.
